Sharing to reduce inequalities

In today's reality diversity surrounds us, it is theessence and the richness of our time. It allows us to know different cultures and countries thanks to the shortening of both physical and digital distances. Such an environment encourages us to do the difference, working together to reduce inequalities and create a more suitable environment to find better solutions for a more equal and discrimination-free future. 

The discriminations we are referring to depend on numerous factors: income, gender, ethnicity, the presence of a disability, sexual orientation, profession, religion and many others. This reduces access to information and personal development, creating abuse, hatred and a huge waste of human talent. These behaviors are a general and widespread problem that requires a global commitment expressed with local actions. The pandemic, climate and economic crisis has accentuated these problems in the vulnerable segments of the population in addition to having sharpened the marginalization to which conventional society destines them. 

However, we are convinced that making a difference is possible and necessary. Together we can create a healthy and constructive environment where social justice and environmental sustainability are at the center of our dialogue, our decisions and our actions.

In Italy, growing social inequality has accentuated the growing distrust in political institutions reflected in a historically low voter turnout. 

In the world, half of the world's wealth is held by just 26 people. This is not only unfair, but also unsustainable. Together, we can work to create a world where wealth is more equitably distributed and where everyone has the same opportunity to realize their potential.
